Perfect does refer to an eye having a none genesis eye color, mysterious Eye shape and small pupil. I have trouble with this term sometimes because I myself most often prefer the eye color, mysterious eye shape and big pupil so that to me is MY "perfect eye" but the terms is often used and very common so I continue to use it.
Pure is when the hidden and shown of a cat are the same. This can also be used incorrectly at times when one assumes that because they bred the same fur together it is "pure" which it may or may not be.
