What if that(menagerie/Meowi/kitty heaven) was the theme for one of the holiday celebrations? Like, maybe next year for KC's birthday they can open a menagerie sim and we could see all the fun little activities the kitties are up to! And the collection could be birthday devils and angels or something.
Like Maxwell pointed out, there wouldn't be every cat that has ever been menageried; rather it will just be a bunch of random kitties (like there always are on display sims). Either way, I like this idea; even if it was just a small little setup on the main sim.
