It means the cat has either 4 traits that are not genesis + a non genesis fur
or 5 traits + a non genesis fur.
This depends on if the owner of the cat qualifies the fur as a trait or not.
(Traits are non genesis colors for the eyes, mysterious shape for the eyes as well as small pupils, non genesis shade &/or non genesis ears &/or non genesis tail)
