I hadn't intended to breed cats...
For a while now I've wanted a Toy sized Russian-Black cat with natural fur (I don't like shiny cats), white/sliver/yellow/gold eyes, a chunky tail, and ears anything but Boo Boo--just for a permapet, to have around. I bought a teacup Russian-Black, but really, she's too small. I looked everywhere but could not find just what I wanted. I put a request in the "Wanted" section. Again, no joy.

Then I won a Burmese Platinum in a raffle (a free raffle, BTW). I thought--why not try to breed what I want? I hadn't intended to breed cats, and I already knew that you can't breed for the toy size--that toys and teacups are random. But, I thought, if I breed long enough, maybe I'll get lucky. So I bought an inexpensive Russian-Black with light eyes to breed with my Burmese Platinum.

Here is their second kitten, born today:

Fur: Russian - Black
Eyes: Platinum (Mysterious|Big)
Shade: Natural
Tail: Curious
Ears: Mysterious
Whiskers: White (Guitar)
Size: Toy

What are the odds?

(And in the meantime I've started breeding foxes...)
