I agree with Penfold as well, what's the point of the extra seven days? If there is a legitimate reason for this time period being necessary then, by all means, keep it. Otherwise, let those babies pop out of the box and start gaining love. If you like to play with your kittens for two weeks without them breeding, then simply turn their breed off, or don't partner them. Their love levels have no impact on how they can operate as a pet for you. I'm thinking maybe, however, this is some how tied to the fact that you have to let pet food recovery span be two weeks as well. This could remain the same, imho. But, afterall, these are just our hopes and wishes right?
