Figured I would dust the cobwebs off this thread. I'm still plugging along with my starters which = bald spots, shakes, and waving a creepy stick around like a mad woman.
But figured I would talk about breeding and breeding lines. I even thought about opening a thread for ppl to brag and cry in, since we all do that in chats. lol Feel free to take the idea and run with it. This thread is enough for me. lol

Ok breeding and breeding lines.

I like to do what I call smooshing kitties. It's when I take two kitties that I know or have a good idea what the outcome is going to be. It's good for if you want to have certain traits to set aside for later, to help with a breeding plan, or even to make money.
Or you have left overs after partnering and smoosh them together.

We all have what I call project kitties. All the kitties along the way that we use to pull, (yes the evil pull word) or pass traits to make our final dream kitty.

One that I like to do from time to time, is the mad scientist breeding. I take two of my fave kitties that come from two totally different lines, but hide and show totally different and really sweet traits. Make siblings and keep breeding them together. The outcomes can be totally different and nice. And a good learning experience.
