RE: New group for high end cats.
devil: my problem with a raffle is that it's a cat you can not buy, yeah you can enter a million times and most likely win, but it's not a cat for sale, it's one you might win.
Kayleigh & deerylou: The only definition, group wise, for a cat to be high stakes or high end is the 3k price tag. That being said, a cat for 3k might not be high-end or new & cool, it's just how it's defined in the group rules as a measure to filter out alot of the normal spam that other groups are filled with, the groups where you get x amount spam every minute until your head explodes. How you personally define a high end cat is totally up to you, I can only make a defintion for the group, so it will run the way I want it.
Personally I would define a high end or high stakes cat as a kitten that has a new & rare trait that many people would want. But this is extremely subjective as you say deery, that's why the rule is 3000 or more, because most cats that fit into the new & rare category usually sells for over that amount. So having the linden amount as a rule makes it easier for everyone to know if the spam they are sending is allowed or not.
I think most people can agree that current spam groups with "no rules" can be mildly annoying with tons of notices, this group was created for the purpose of having a group where the spam is light and the cats are "better" and/or more sought after.
The easiest way to know if the spam you are about to send in high stakes kittycats is to look at your spam and ask yourself "what is priced for 3k or more?" and then simply edit your spam so it only mentions cats that have that price tag or more. Price tag 3k and up = in spam. Price tag less then 3k = not in spam.
I would welcome any suggestions how to make the group rules easier to understand. I hope the new rules i made a few days ago is more clear then the old ones.
