Not sure if this is what you mean, but...
in order to get your boxes from the cattery, you need to get a KittyCats Dock from the shop.
Some of the boxes you see on Pedigree may not be in the cattery (and thus cannot be retrieved using the dock), but those could be in your inventory instead.
