Hi there!
The best way to fix this issue is to place a 1m thick 'buffer prim' under the floor. Some floors / builds have poor physics and the cats manage to fall through them. A 1m thick prim helps keep that from happening. It is also great to put around walls if in a skybox to make sure the cat stays inside the skybox
