My point is that it's so easy to violate the ToS one goes in-world to tell people about the problem. At some level that makes you no better than he.
And he's filing complaints about negative reviews and comments on the Marketplace, getting them taken down. So even that can be a problem.
For several weeks, now, I've been monitoring the market shares for the two products. His losses have dropped off once he became #2. So, perhaps, he's being a bit less abusive. I know he's still hassling people, but it's not causing so many losses as before. Time will tell. But it looks like it will be a very long time before his share becomes insignificant.
