So now he is saying I am lying on the Marketplace for my honest reviews but my comments have not been removed because I was careful to stick to facts ^.^

His listings now show a link to his terms which was not there before, which is something, but still not exactly honest as he could just paste the words there or actually be an honest person and say if you use any other type of profiler I will ban you, clearly saying it before someone buys.

He still uses the KittyCats images shown on profilers which is not true at all. Those images are old and bogus. He has not had permission to ever use those and is fully aware he cannot, yet continues to violate the copyright.

I'm also curious for anyone who knows this stuff, as I do not, but how valid is it to sell on Marketplace and link to a secondary site for the terms? Also, how valid are these terms of use when the buyer never actually has agreed to them anywhere?
