the "image" mode for unborn kittens has the box texture like the normal unopened box, cardboard, also a pink or blue border, a pink or blue cat face and the gender symbol. (hover text can still be used) so if you see "grey" it's alive, if you see a box background it's still unborn
the 2d cat mode is a mode with no background. (hover text can still be used)
remember all can still be "clicked" and people can find out more as well.
the art for the the "image" mode for live cats was purposely created to be something neutral and subtle, taking into consideration the diverse community, their decor styles, and create something that hopefully would aesthetically fit into most catteries or homes or markets. this is the reason the girls aren't on a bright pink back ground or boys on a blue or all the other things i tried that looked unappealing
hopefully it's the newness of it all that is a little confusing and after that passes it will be old hat for you all
i know i will eventually get used to the images. they are obviously not the same, for live cats and boxes, it was mostly confusing to me when i went into one shop in particular and they were all sort of smooshed up.
my original thread had to do with the menu when clicking on a box. did
unpack have to go where the
info button has been since i started breeding over a year ago? the GUI to me now isn;t as user friendly as it once was..
i have loads of old hats. let's have a hat party!
