It's nothing terribly fancy. Has some basic shading, leather texture, silver buckle and a nameplate/tag. (The nameplate/tag group can be hidden.)

based on blue collar this one is a red christmas collar it reads Merry Christmas hope people like it an use in no need for photoshop just upload and put on collar finshed product
