what Ivy and Happy said is correct.
You said you were going to breed two Odyssey Bellini cats together?
Perhaps I misunderstood. I thought Kittyclaws was asking about breeding the Soul Sparkle to an Ody Bell, cats with those two eye colors showing, together.
Kayla is correct about what would happen when breeding two Ody Bell-eyed cats to each another -- a recessive eye color can never hide a more Dominant eye color behind it.
A good way to determine what you could possibly get from a breeding, even when you know nothing about the parents other than their shown traits, is to look at the Dominance chart. Start at the top, and go down the chart until you find the first shown eye color of either cat from the pair. Draw a line above that color. Your chance of getting any eye color which falls above that line is then 0%. Your chance of getting that, more Dominant shown eye color is 50% (unless both cats have the same shown eye color, in which case you improve your odds to 75%).
