You can vote on the little Winter/Xmas Kittycats vignettes as many as you like by clicking the big number on the snowflake. It was supposed to end on the 11th, but they extended the voting by 3 more days! Yay! So you still have a chance to vote -- Yeah, you! lol

Kittycats Advent calendar is on location. It is to the left of Exhibit #1. You can pick up past days gifties too.

Note on the location in general: it's a winter scene with exibits set up in igloos. In the middle is a lake, if you click on the center of the lake, it will ask to animate you and your walk will change to ice skating. To stop it, just click again and click stop.

Camera: Firestorm, 5 stills. To add color to the white igloo walls and Santa.
Bottom layer: Tor Special Watermelon (Neon Christmas green light on Santa)

Next Tor scifi shine on my friends (the rosey colors)

Tor special blacklight (the purples)

Tor scifi Yo pirates (normal for me and the cat)

Then I made a blue windlight to give it a blue edge cause it makes me think of cold and shadows.

Besides the kittycats being cute, if you're into taking pics in SL, the igloos being white are a good opportunity to experiment with windlight as it picks the various colors pretty well. And that can really change the mood.

I don't know if you did this back during school art classes -- but do you remember coloring a board, then painting it over with black, then scratching through it to the lower layers to make a pic so that the color was etched throught the black? I am sorta doing that. I layer them, then erase thorugh to the different layers. And the white in Winter Wonderland is great for experimenting with windlights like that. I found if I put a cat on "walk", I can tp in with it so I'm planning to take Leonor, my firestorm kitty, skating there.
