I tried to rez one of my cats, and it didn't rez. I have the right group tag on for rezzing on that land. Is there a rezzing issue in SL today, or do I have to file a ticket?
Usually, reboot your computer, routers and modems, and log in. The cat is generally either in-world or back in your inventory. If neither, file a ticket.
