Do you mean you have a cat or box with a red hover text which tells you it is outdated and disabled?
If that is the case the kitty or box it concerns is not updated in time.
In this case I'd go to the website and find your cat in your pedigree overview and file a ticket with it's ID.
I am trying to help my friend cure her sick cats, but that's what the text says and the medicine I got for her doesn't work. I'll have her do the ticket thingie. Then I'll get her the food she needs so this doesn't happen again.
