New Serendipity Streams Eyes

Had this baby today he is of course unpacking to check the hid. I have never had anything but Opaline from Dad but I didn't breed him so can't say for sure if he is pure.

Serendipity Streams is dominant to Opaline

Cherilynn, Serendipity Streams, bred with Elijah, Opaline, they produced Druce, Serendipity Streams
Druce bred to Zia, Serendipity Stare and they produced an Opaline baby.
Serendipity Stare is recessive to Opaline so it had to be Druces hidden eye

Just had this baby born , pretty sure proving Surprise sparkle is recessive to serendipity streams

That does indeed prove that Surprise Sparkle is recessive to Serendipity Streams, which in turn proves Serendipity Streams dominant to Exotic Journey.
Neither eye is placed but Surprise Sparkles current range is recessive to Tranquility and Dominant to Exotic Journey.
Because Serendipity Streams is dominant to Surprise Sparkle it must also be dominant to anything that Surprise Sparkle is dominant to.

Packs away my Streams/Journey test

I am testing against Moutain Mist as well, got one showing Mist and one showing Streams, will pop the Mist because if it hides Streams that will place both of these eyes

Awesome Kayla, I was just starting that test but both test cats threw hid so was no good to me at all, I can retask the Streams to a different eye now
Just realised the Mountain Mist test can be retasked as well no need to pull her hid now.

Their baby was Shkemb with Moss eyes
Shkemb bred with Ella, Exotic Journey and their baby showed Serendipity Streams.
Since Exotic Journey is recessive to both Moss and Serendipity Streams the baby shows Dads hidden proving it recessive to Moss.

Serendipity Streams is recessive to Tranquility

Druce, Serendipity Streams bred with Daina, Tranquility.
Their offspring was Menow with Tranquility.
He bred with Georgia Girl, Galaxy Star and they produced a Serendipity Streams.
Since we know Galaxy Star is recessive to both eyes the Serendipity Streams was Menows hidden eye.



That just leaves Double Odyssey Peace to place

Serendipity Streams is dominant to Double Odyssey Peace.

The proof is straightforward: I paired a SerenStreams cat (Gwenaelle) with a Double Ody Peace cat (Southwell). They produced a cat showing Seren Streams (Iona). When paired with a cat showing Dry Olive (Qwaz) - which is known to be recessive to both of the other eyes, it pulls Iona's hidden out from under: the Double Odyssey Peace.

This PLACES Serendipity Streams above Double Odyssey Peace and below Tranquility.
