Mom did the jiggly with a Siam Choc before, and threw a Siam Choc. Besides that the parents don't show Siam Choc anywhere.

I wondered: do the kitties remember all the partners they've been with and pass all of every one along in the kitty script?

If no, what are the chances for this to happen? Just curious : )

Do they remember? No.

From previous pairing with Siamese Chocolate, producing Siamese Chocolate, we know Mom hides Siamese Chocolate, or better.

From new pairing with Russian Black, the odds of Mom hiding exactly Siamese Chocolate are looking good; but we learn both Mom and the Russian Dad hide Siamese Chocolate, or better.

I'd pair one of them, does not matter which, with something more recessive than Siamese Chocolate and wait until not-Russian-Black appears. If it's Siamese Chocolate, you've proven that parent and need to test the other. If not-Russian-Black is also not-Siamese-Chocolate, you've proven the parent you're not testing hides exactly Siamese Chocolate; if the not-either parent is something dominant to the test-mate, you've proven that recessive as well; otherwise, you'll need to dig even deeper to prove it.

I'll agree with Tad - they definitely do not remember their former partners.

What you have here is just 2 russian blacks that both hide a more recessive fur - and at least one of them hides siamese choco, maybe both.

The chances for both cats to throw their hidden fur like this is 25%. So statistically, if you mate them 4 times, you will get a siam.choc. just once. -But that's statistics... could also be you get 4 siamese chocos, or never get one
If a cat throws it's shown or hidden trait does NOT depend on if it has done it before, if it's partner does it or any such thing. It is simply random.
