Perhaps once a week "varying times and days to spreed the love a bit" have the 7 seas fishing turned on and loaded with Items like Perm Potion, boxes of Food, Milk, etc. for 1-2hrs. That way people could come out fish as they pleased perhaps get some nice items! and just interact as a community. Wouldn't have to be a tournament and could have a CSR turn it on are off ((I assume thats how it works)).
I think you can drop by to fish whenever you want? I know it was like that with NR-system. I'd used to live on the sim, annoying the CSRs while fishing up yummy fishies. Of course, KC-items weren't part of it, unless there was a tournament. Only fishies. But there's nothing stopping you to go there to fish I don't think Unless 7seas works differently.
