Are the Happy Go Lucky surprise births for this year actually numbered in the order of when they were bred? That would be logical, but I don't want to assume.

I just saw a message in the KittyCats addicts group chat explaining that the number refers to the specific combination of traits in the costume.

The numbering has to do with the traits the costume has. There are many ear, tail & head shape combos possible! So if you find 2 with the same number, that means they are the same sex & have the same ear, tail & head shape!
