That would depend on where the cat is?
Is the cat lost? If so, you will need to file a support ticket with the cat's ID# from the online pedigree page and our team will get the kitty back to you. You can read more about filing a support ticket here:

Is the cat in the online cattery? If so, then you will need to retrieve it using a Cattery Dock. You can get the dock here:
