Lost Kitty

I have had my kitty for all like 2 hrs..i was holding it, sat down in a chair, and then tried to drop it when i stood up. The drop button was not highlighted, cat would not get off so I clicked detach, and now he is gone, and gone from my inverntory..Is he gone forever uggggggg HELP

Hi Berkle,

First of all, when the drop option is greyed out, check if you are wearing the right land tag.
That solves the problem 99% of the time.

Your cat is not lost forever, don't worry.
Since you are registered on the website, go on your pedigree page http://kittycats.biz/pedigree/
Once there, find the name of the cat you lost, left click on it, it will open its pedigree where you will
see its stats, owner name and ID#. Copy the ID# and paste it into the ID# field of the ticket
you will file on the support page http://kittycats.biz/support/index.php?_mo=vt

Submit the ticket and voilà, you are done !

A KittyCatS team member will retrieve your lost kitty for you.
