Hi Are there instructions anywhere on how to post a pic on the forum thanks

Hi Morgan

Via a free Flickr account you can share uploaded pictures in BBC code.
There are multiple ways of sharing available via Flickr and this forum reads BBC instead of HTML
Once you've uploaded a picture to Flickr you click it to enlarge it and there you find these options for sharing it.
