Remembering KittyKat Pawprint

I have tried a million times to write this, but with the heaviest of hearts, it must be said: on May 5, the human behind the avatar KittyKat Pawprint left this earthly life, taking with her pieces of many hearts.

Kat will always first and foremost be remembered by me as a sister - but she was and is so much more. She inspired confidence in those that needed it. She was always happy to help, to share knowledge. She was always a willing listener, and someone you could turn to whenever you needed a friend. She was also certainly an expert KittyCatS breeder and auctioneer, and took joy in being part of this community. If you had a question, she was happy if she could help. If you had a cat to bring to one of her auctions, she would diligently provide you as much information as possible to help sell your cat, and she'd do it with enthusiasm.

Kat was fun, and quick to laugh, to play, and to joke, and find the joy in things. She could also be very no-nonsense when the occasion called for it - but she was also understanding when it was necessary, and quick to forgive if forgiveness was needed. Kat was so many things that I honestly aspire to be, myself.

I will miss her dearly, and in this I know, I'm not alone.
