Lost KittyCat and have no ID #

How can my friend get a new 2 -3 day old SL 13th KittyCat back ? He lost it and it is not on our parce. We did not know they had an ID # so cannot file a ticket because of lack of the ID #

Try going to the main store and get the FREE Cattery dock. Connect to cattery, and get your account...also free..and then, on the pedigree page, you can find the kitty's ID#

Your friend will find his cat's ID on his pedigree page https://kittycats.ws/pedigree/
Then, he has to file a ticket on the support page https://kittycats.ws/support/index.php?/ticket/submit-ticket to get his lost cat redelivered.
