I am looking at a shop there but says to make sure all rules are read, but I can't find them - or do you only get them after you officially rent?
Are they basic rules or could there be some deal breakers so to speak?
I'm considering what I think they call a house 100 LI (was actually thinking on the lines of a larger shop but I couldn't see any available.
