The perma pet potions are for age of the pet. The 1800L one is for kittys age 7 - 120 days. The 1500L one is for kittys 120+ days old. The potion can not be used at all until day 7 of life.

I'd also like to know how to determine what is fair asking price for a cat. I know there are many things to consider--traits, age, perma, overall "rareness," etc. What I'm not sure is exactly how to put all of those together into a "value" for a cat.

Is there any kind of chart for rarity of traits? My question to the admin is why level of rarity is not written right on the traits pictures...
