Second Life Marketplace is currently having issues with payments to vendors.
Sales are being delivered, but the Linden $ transfer to your Avatar are randomly failing.
This means it's possible you have sold items, which were delivered to your customer, Linden Labs reported the sale to you, and took their commission, but you never received the balance.
If you are selling on the Marketplace, you should consider ceasing sales (by temporarily setting your items to Inactive), until the problem is resolved.
At present, Linden Labs will pay out your missing transactions, but you will need to hand audit your Merchant Orders Transaction History against your Avatar Account Transaction History, to show the amount missing and submit a Ticket requesting payment.
There is nothing about this issue on the Grid Status Report.
