Can my Partner interact with my KittyCats?
Is there somewhere, that my partner can also interact with our two cats. I am the owner and can not find a place on the menu that allows me to add my partner so he can interact with them?

There is no such place on the menu. If your partner right-clicks on the cats, he or she will be able to pet them. That's it.
The Pawsable Traits Reference manager and a Chart keeper.
