The KittyCatS CSR position is a paid volunteer position working as a Customer Service Representative for KittyCatS. If hired, CSR's are provided with a company-owned SL account from which they will work. All CSR's are required to work under these alt accounts to help maintain a uniform, professional appearance, and to protect their privacy.
KittyCatS CSR's are expected to work a minimum 2 hour shift on their scheduled days. Qualified applicants should be friendly, patient, enthusiastic, courteous, reliable, and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a good working knowledge of KittyCatS! cats, products, and company policies. Responsibilities will include assisting with moderating the KittyCatS! group chat; greeting and interacting with customers in person and via chat groups and IM's; providing assistance to customers via chat, forums, and in-world messaging; and staffing promotional events as necessary. CSR's will also be expected to know how to use a translation tool (such as Google Translate) to assist customers in languages other than English.
Please be advised that interviews are only conducted on an as-needed basis, so your application may stay in our files until we have a need for another CSR.
