A Kind Thanks
In this world where I'm sure support/CS hears many more complaints than thanks, I want to step up & Thank you for your rapid response in fixing my broken Kitty.
From the moment I found him broken, to the moment he was returned, was less than 12 hours (and a good sleep for me!). Everyone involved was kind, curtious & answered my questions like I was the only customer. If only the RW could be this way :-)
I'm not a breeder, nor do I have a lot of these wonderful lil pets, only my 2 lil boys that I love dearly. I'm happy to know someone seems to love them as much as I do.
Thanks again for the speedy service & bringing my baby back quickly!
