'swimming' is a bit of work for a scripter. Basically you would need to query the water level (it does NOT need to be 20 meters .. that's just the default level most estate owners choose), stop physical movement (so you don't sink) and choose an appropriate series of motions (work for the animation designers, too).

It's an interesting idea. But the programming is probably too much to ask for any time soon.
