I think it would be really awesome if it were possible to buy vitamins to shrink or increase the size of our KittyCats, instead of or, in addition to having them born randomly.

I personally wouldn't want this as it would take away that specialness of having them randomly. Same reason I hope size never becomes something you can breed for.

I think similar as you about this subject I love the fun surprise of a special size and I don't like to see a market with only Mega's, Petites, teas, toys and what not.
Normal size should in a way I think just as valuable as odd sizes eventhough some find a specific size more valuable than an other.
It keeps it more fun if that remains random I think.

I agree, keep it random. More fun that way.

I wish I could get them more often but I agree with you both, if I get them more often they won't be special anymore and I won't want them much Smile

Yes, I want them more often also but this gives me a reason to go to the market and see my ultimate odd sized cat for sale and buy it.
I sure did that with an adorable mega which had an eye I don't have in my cattery but I desired much!
It was a Seal Lynx with Morning Glory eyes and Soft Fold Ears *melts*
Now I breed the Seal but Morning Glory is not present in my current breedables so I was like mine mine mine when I saw that one LOL
So I think it is not only fun it is random but maybe also good if we can't breed for it just so the kitty economy keeps rolling on this random size factor Smile

I actually enjoy having solely the random factor, especially for collection kitties - to me, it's like a giant gacha and the toys/teacups are the "super rare" marked items beyond the "rare" versions of the collection kitties such as the Painted Possession, etc. It's exciting to test my luck and hope for the best, there's also a handful of people who loyally collect sizes and it's fun to have that group to exchange stories of our quests for grail toys and teacups. Smile

I'll be honest, I rarely bought any starters this time around because there was no size gacha factor in Vday 2013 and I think I'd be less prone to buy if vitamins simply removed the quest factor involved with every release. It does get frustrating to not get a toy/teacup when you want to, but it's so much more rewarding (and fun!) when you quest and hunt down that extremely rare dream kitty or are lucky enough to get it from the gacha, whether from your own breeding or the main store. The quest for that grail kitty also gives you a chance to meet and interact with others, which is what this community is all about as we share our kitty experiences and help one another out.
