I cant find my Kitty in SL ,,can some one help me i dont know how to file a ticket!!

Click on "Support," which you will find just to the right of "Forum" on the bar at the top of this page. From there, click on "Submit a Ticket," which will be to the right of "View Tickets."
You will need Toddy's ID number. Go to "Pedigree," (further to the right on the top bar of this page) and select Toddy's name. The ID number will be the long string of numbers and letters under Toddy's picture. You can copy it and paste it into the support ticket.
