newly added little elf huts so cute and right by rubes auction area making it a promising position to sale from , take the tp check it out ... 100l for 50prims

formally one large joint shop now 2 seperate huts and in a prim area of the sim
both rentable at 200l for 100 prims , they wont be here long !

TO LATE THIS ONE IS GONE ! further addition at far end of sim and right opposite the new auction area of Ace , will be constant traffic and huge potential for sales

smaller huts sold out only the elf ones above are available ONLY 2 remian
a couple of smaller beachy huts are around but limited , why not pass by check the sim the breeders the amazing kitties !!
