We are so disappointed Sad

We bought 20 very beautiful and very expensive cats, to have 10 couples with which to create equally beautiful newborns. But this is not the case. Why? What are we doing wrong? What can we do?

Hi Stephano

Unfortunately we can't see the pedigrees so you will need to provide a gyazo.

Did you buy newborns or boxes and which collections?
Many collections put together will give a single special costume cat.

However I suspect you are confusing costume with breeding traits. Your costume cats are wearing 'clothes' which do not pass on after the first baby. Mixing collections will not give you a costume, not all collections will.
Breeding special babies will never give a costume.

What you likely have are the traits bred from what is beneath the costume. These will be all genesis, hiding traits.
Please provide gyazo or pictures, so we can see what happened.

This is Oberon, he has traits like forest fairies costume but you can see the actual breedable traits he has

Ok maybe I understand... obviously newborns do not inherit the clothes worn by their parents, but only their physical features. It's obvious.
But now the question: can I add a costume to a newborn still in the box, to see it dressed in his Pedigree before he is born? Ok I admit this sounds very strange Smile

Where to find/buy these clothes worn by their parents?

Hi there

I am sorry, none of these cats can breed a costume cat. The tigers and cheetahs didn't have one and your other collection you already own the two special babies of the snowbunnies. All these cats are costume cats and they will increase value over time so you want to keep them.
The costumes are designed by kittycats and can't be bought, but you can buy hats, collars, jackets and glasses, fangs at the kittycat store to dress your cats.
Unfortunately you can't add anything to boxes but you can see what they will look like by clicking them and looking at the portraits.

Our sixth pair of cats gave birth to something that I think is very special, maybe twins, possible? The info indicates two Pedigree Smile

and they are identical to their parents Heart

But with Size: Petite... ok, it doesn't matter Smile

And those two sweetcat parents are the rares and worth a lot as well. Note they won't give you any more special costume babies though now.

You need to birth them both and they will be born as two kittens. Then repack them back into the box. There are repackers at the Kittycat store, near the entrance, you can put them down, click it and rebirth your cats.
