Cat too old to move? - BerriPie74 Resident - 11-15-2023 03:40 PM Hiya, I've got a KittyCat that is 145 Days old. He doesn't move from his spot any more. He wakes up, rolls over and goes back to sleep. Is he depressed? Is he tired? Is he too old to move??? Please help EllaBella RE: Cat too old to move? - FoxieCat Resident - 11-15-2023 05:44 PM Hi there! Good news! KittyCatS never get depressed & can move around no matter what age they are! There are a few reasons why the cat might be doing what you are describing: - Walk / Run is turned OFF, Check the animations section of the cats menu to ensure walk/run is enabled. - The cat is asleep & just rolling over while sleeping, Check the cats stat for energy (↯), if you see a moon (☪) in front of the lightening bolt, then the cat is currently sleeping. If the energy over 25%, then you can wake the cat up with the 'Wake Up' button. - If walk/run is ON & the cat is awake, then your cat may need a little 'reset', You can do this by putting the cat in & out of Low Prim Mode. In the cats menu Prims > Low Prim > 2D Cat, then Low Prim Off. It can take 5 or so minutes before the cat will start moving after low prim mode is turned off. If all the above does not get your kitty moving, then please file a support ticket so our team can take a closer look into what might be going on. Please include the cats ID# & the SLurl to where the cat is located. I hope this information helps, if you have any other questions feel free to reach out to me in world or through a support ticket RE: Cat too old to move? - BerriPie74 Resident - 11-15-2023 08:39 PM Good NEWS!!!!!! I had un-checked Walk/Run!!! I enabled it, and am just waiting for him to wake up to see if he walks around.
