for some reason cats keep disappearing from my land bought the 2 couple pack and 2 are gone already.

You can file a ticket for them under support. Make sure to include the ID#s, that you can get from under Pedigree, in the ticket. They like it if we mush all ID#s into the one ticket! And to see if it helps make them not disappear, try to lower their range, so they don't have as much area to wander around on, but if it gets laggy or a lagspike happens, they won't bounce out of your land
