my freind has just had a kitten special mono baby it has chocolate tipped flame(wavy)
whiskers and was wondering if they are a new discovery ?

Yes they are. Any chance you can post the pedigree here for us all to see and a picture of the whiskers
Lara was taking the gyazo for Rose until she spilt coffee on her laptop si she passed the cat over to me to take this for you all.
Congrats to Rose on finding a new whisker and giving us all a nice mystery since its from 2 starters. Heres hoping Callie gets us a piccie soon.

I believe this pedigree shows Chocolate Tipped Flame recessive to Flame, since Mom Psyche must hid the new whiskers behind the shown Flame...

Expanding on the pedigree I posted earlier, a new offspring showing Flame and hiding Chocolate Tipped Flame whiskers:

I bred her with a male showing Chocolate Tipped; the resulting offspring shows the Chocolate Tipped from the father:
