Is there a way to change the sale price on multiple cats at once, rather than having to click each one individually?

I'm afraid it's impossible to set them for sale by script, since they are no mod, but setting multiple cats/objects for sale at the same time is easy peasy if you want to set the same price on all cats/objects:
Right click - edit. Then shift-click all the cats you want to give a new price. Tick "for sale" in the general edit tab (Yoiu may have to untick first, then tick again). Set yoiur price and click apply.
This is a lot faster than pricing one at a time.
