There are several people posting pharmaceutical advertising spam to these forums. They post medical terms, and insert links to purchase drugs online. This is inappropriate and offensive. Please delete these accounts and stop the abuse of our forums!

I have reported those posts. At least one of them comes from the account of a legitimate user whose account must have been hacked.

My understanding is that a lot of this kind of spam is created by bots, which is why they can generate accounts so quickly. I believe the standard fix is to create a Prove-You're-A-Human blocks at sign up for new accounts.
