How about adding a trait..in the form of different colored claws? Black claws, white claws, or even nail polish colors.
OR...I have a real life kitty who has a parti-colored nose. It's blotched black and white. Very kissable. It wouldn't be a trait on most kitty breeds, but on the Chateau cats it would allow for one more variance.
