I was keeping them in low prim mode, but I tried switching them back, and they all stayed in a white ball mode, telling me not to pick them up

Hi there. You'll need to file a ticket on our support site. Go to https://kittycats.ws/pedigree/ to get your cat's ID#. Then once you have the ID#, please go to https://kittycats.ws/support to file a ticket so we can get your cat retrieved for you. Thanks!
