I've just paid for cattery food, money disappeared but there's no food, cattery bug? Do I have to file a ticket?

Charm's Cattery shows food on hand. It's not food in general. She has not purchased food in the past couple of days, though.
Try flushing your browser cache and reloading the page. Check your transaction history (if you paid the dock, first), and check your account history on the KittyCatS web pages. If the food still does not appear, and you can see the transactions were posted, file a ticket.
