Sooty and Sweep either both carry Wild Tiger ears, or one of them does and the other carries an ear more recessive to Tiger, which will now be the offspring's hidden ear. Even if you can't see it in either's pedigree, a trait can pass but remain hidden for several generations. RE: Wild Tiger ears - Zen Gartner - 07-29-2014 05:21 AM Thank you , I guess I was a little confused when I read this. ** trait only available from selected Menagerie Tigers starters RE: Wild Tiger ears - anna Acanthus - 07-29-2014 05:57 AM (07-29-2014 05:21 AM)Zen Gartner Wrote: Thank you , I guess I was a little confused when I read this. Well yes this is true and i can understand how this could be a bit confusing. One or both of your kitties have at least one Menagerie Tiger Starter in their ancestry. |
