200-ish menageried cats worth.
Tigres cost around 10k in menagerie bucks.
The actual dollar value depends on how much food and milk costs add up to
while hatching that many kitteh.
Feasible only depends on how hooked you get on KittyCatS.
The Fancie cats, available only by rare random jewels,
seem much more difficult to obtain.

I wish we could get the menagerie cats via buying kitty dollars. I would love to have a rainbow tiger, but definitely will not menagerie.
