I don't have a spot to offer..... But have you used the cattery? No prims needed & you can birth them in a public sand box.... Just a thought until you can find a spot. Good luck!

I keep my breeding cats in the cattery and only pull the boxes out to name them, or birth them if I want to use them, then send them back to cattery. It's very handy.
If you want to rent land though, I'd suggest looking on the Marketplace and search for breedables. I found tons of ads for land that advertised specifically for breedables.
