This is your first. Since you're continuing, allow me to finish it.
No one specifically asked YOU to sign up. No one demanded you to either. So posting here that you wont be signing up is counter productive, and quite rude, especially since your only purpose for making such a post is to state that you in fact have no intention to contribute.
As far as posting etiquette, this is very much pointless. You are wasting peoples time by opening your post with such a statement. This also says to the reader that you are against anything and everything the current topic is trying put forward. Much more than that, you continue on to say that you obviously are not the person who updates the list anyway, as 2 suggested that they do, and you've confirmed it as well in your own post. This is yet another reason why your post is pointless. You state that you have no intention to sign up and edit a document, because you feel someone else's source is better. If that was the case then my post was not even directed at you in the first place. Yet another reason how your post...yes..was pointless.
The only possible reason your post could have been on topic, and not an attempt to put forward your own agenda, is if you are an auctioneer yourself. This would boggle my mind that you would not want to have a unified source for new people to find your auction times, and locations. It would seem that your only purpose for being opposed to things is that you feel I'm taking your Kitty Kottage sim's 'role' in the community away from it. You think your sim 'embodies' the community? You should be embracing things that help the community move forward. Instead you want me to link to a google doc, that says "Hey if you want more information than what's listed here, come give our sim more traffic by going here!"
A note about your google docs information. While I'm not debating the correctness of the doc, I for one don't like that you list people by short names. You offer no links to their own auction areas, only to your sim. There are numerous inconsistencies, obviously attributed to the fact that only 1 person manages it (patntar, panthar, which one is correct?). Furthermore, what is Adorable, what is Vygg? I have no idea. If that point alone doesn't suggest that your document is flawed, then here is another. Who is Lady Bri? I've done an in world search, and I find 'babybri69.resident". Is that right or wrong? I thought it was Ladybrighid.Resident? I don't even see an auctioneer at Too Adorable named Nika.
I've stated already that we don't seek to replace anything, but I'm not going to link to data that doesn't seem sound, or looks incomplete when I can make a more complete version on my own.
You've given your 2 cents, there is mine. If you're only point in posting on this thread is you feel I'm taking away your presence in the community away from you by creating a unified location for information, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Issues, concerns or what ever concerning Wiki please post those in the Wiki forum and not here if you feel like taking the time to fill out the form to create an account.
This thread is for promotional purpose only and not to debate stuff while it is not even fully up and running yet.
There will be plenty of room to debate about a various amount of topics there.
And frankly I don't have to know from each individual KittycatS! user if they like to take part or not.
That are quite pointless and in a way discouraging remarks.
We see how it goes.
I don't like to take time to adress each roadblock people feel there is and I will not do that either.

I've never understood how good things can go so sour in forums. And I am on my way to sign up at Wiki.
But I like the idea of keeping this thread alive with positive things so that new ppl can find it and get the link. We can all use all the info we can get and it's wonderful to find so much of it in one place.
I didn't see where anyone said links to auction schedules can't be used, just that there is an option to keep one there also and have one place for all or most auction info.
I'm not even new to KC and find getting auction info a nightmare. I formatted and lost the addresses to the other sites. It will be nice to have ONE place to get info from.
Thank you to everyone that has been putting time and effort into this.

Also IM-ing me in world to tell me why one doesn't want to particpate isn't of my interest and sucks my energy.
If it is reaching a point it turns out to be gossip I refrain from a conversation that is just not my thing.
I like to have KittyCatS! for fun and hobby and participate in the Wiki for the same reason and I like to keep it that way.
I really don't need to know what each personal issue with who is.
In general I hope people get at least a chance but hey that's just me.
Subscribe or don't on the Wiki but you don't owe me an explanation.

Hello, If you don't know me I'm Kendrah from the Too Adorable sims. I need to chime it for a brief sec.
Above you said that you have been doing the Google Doc. Auctions schedules for over a year and I've only heard about it in the past few months. So that means all of my 4 sims and auctioneers were not on this auction schedule for some time. Until.... one of the auctioneers found out about it, and informed me about it and the fact that Draco wasn't doing his anymore. When I asked Draco if they had stopped they said no. So a bit confused and to avoid any drama, I send in the auctioneers time to both now.
Please don't leave out Too Adorable, I think we bring a lot to the KittyCatS Community.
I will be signing up for the KittyCatS Wiki, everyone's work is very much appreciated.

I'm still doing the calendar but if you drop me cards and I'm missing it you can IM Theo, too. If someone feels really passionate about doing it themselves, go for it. I'm certainly not bullet proof and if someone else can handle it then I'm more than happy to leave them the fun of maintenance!
