Luna I believe it would. The object of the contest I believe is to have fun with 'unbirthed' or untested kittys. You just need 2 of them. (Starters)

im still confused with the first part guess my English understanding is not that well. how many cats do we have to add in the first notecard when joining? i see more than two space to fill in and are we going to register the offspring of those kitties or how?

Zivaah if I'm reading this correctly you can register with up to 6 starter kitties. Then on February 4th you have to pick 2 as your breeding pair for your line that is for the actual content. So if I'm not right hopefully someone will correct me.

so if you register with up to six you don't start breeding until after February 4th? or you can start breeding from now?
